Peacefully in hospital aged 68 years.

Pat will be lovingly remembered and very sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.

Funeral service and cremation to take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Friday 11th July at 12.40pm.

Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Halton Haven Hospice.
